received with multiple cracks in the balls, have contacted support 4 times now after being promised a return time and time again, yet no one follows up with the email as stated they will, have been fighting for my refund back for weeks and they refuse to refund or come to any resolution, I have never had so much trouble with a company to receive a rightful refund! disgusting.
